Reinvention Coaching is an 8-session coaching program that guides you to understanding yourself at a deeper level so that you can uncover your vision for your life and take the steps to lasting change.
Reinvention Coaching puts you in the driver’s seat; you are the expert of your life. We will focus on making your needs a priority. With me as your guide, you will take the time to really listen and understand yourself.

This program will bring your greater clarity. You will uncover false beliefs, disowned qualities, and commitments that aren’t serving you. With new clarity, you will see what to let go of in order to free up time and space for more of what you want.

You will learn about healthy boundaries and practice expressing yourself more authentically.

In this process, you will become more conscious of your daily choices and actions and how they impact your life. I will support you in taking small actions steps that serve your vision. You will be able to experience first-hand the power of your actions.
